In 2025 we offered artist studios, creative workspace and event space in Leamington Spa, supporting artists to develop their practices, make new artwork and connect with each other and the wider community in Warwickshire.
Housed in a slightly dilapidated, but safe and secure Georgian villa on Newbold Terrace East with views over Jephson Gardens, this building offered 24/7 access and private spaces at a range of sizes. Only a few minutes walk from the town’s galleries, museum and theatres, this space offered its residents the chance to contribute to a unique and growing cultural ecosystem.
Our tenancy of the building has now ended, and we are actively exploring how we can build on this provision, recognising how urgent the need for studio spaces are across Coventry and Warwickshire.
