Coventry Biennial presents a unique opportunity for an M4C student to
complete an Executive Assistant role. This position offers the chance to work closely with the organisation’s directors, immersing the student in strategic management and everyday operations of a cultural organisation.
The core responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include a range of
administrative and strategic tasks including communications, scheduling, correspondence, and organising meetings.
Through these activities, the student will acquire hands-on experience in arts management and a comprehensive understanding of running a major art organisation. The role will include the development of a substantial Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategy that spans all areas of the organisation fostering inclusivity for staff, board, artists, and the community.
Networking is a crucial component of this position. The student will engage with leaders in the arts sector, deepening their understanding of the sector and broadening their professional network.
