Pamphlets, Prints and Playing Cards: Duplicate Artist Publishing Fair
The first Duplicate Artist Publishing Fair is opening on Friday 3rd of May in Birmingham as a part of Digbeth First Friday and continues on Saturday 4th of May.
The fair, which is organised by BAAAD Press with support from Rope Press and Flatpack Festival takes place at Eastside Projects and will showcase a broad range of publications, zines and artist books by collective and individual self-publishers from the UK and beyond including Keep it Complex, OOMK and Tombstone Press.
We will be at the fair where we will be selling a small selection of fundraising editions by artists including Simon Poulter, Lauren Haywood and our artistic director Ryan Hughes.
We’ll also be launching a brand new pamphlet by writer and curator Anneka French. Called A Pigsty(e) and a Parcel of Land this new text was made during a recent group residency we produced in Leamington Spa with the support of Warwick District Councils Arts Service.
We will also be able to talk to visitors about our patreon, our call for interns and our 2nd biennial!
